Similar to Aspen Tree, we have plans for a national launch in Q1-2024, targeting traditional retail and specialty shops, while strengthening our online and e-commerce channels.

Aspen Tree focuses on discovering natural ingredients with healing properties and developing products that contribute to individuals' well-being, particularly in terms of mental health. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our third-party testing of all products. As part of our mission, we proudly donate 20% of our proceeds to the Bonefrog Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to promoting mental wellness among military personnel, veterans, first responders, and those affected by mental illness.
CANNA STREET RETAIL OPERATIONS
CBD Store & More is a retail store located in the prestigious area of Roswell, GA.. We are expanding our presence with a new store in the Blagden Alley area of Washington DC, opening in Q2 of 2024. Additional stores are planned for 2024 in Savannah, GA, Charleston, SC, and Nashville, TN. We are actively exploring a franchise deal and preparing a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for potential franchisees.
ENTHEOTECH HEALTH RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
EntheoTech Health is dedicated to supporting the discovery and development of innovative treatments for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). With our own study protocol, we will analyze the effects of natural compounds on TBI and collaborate with other organizations in the field. Our focus is on obtaining regulatory approvals and developing an all-natural organic psychedelic drug approved by the FDA. This will not only advance TBI research but also contribute to the multi-billion dollar mental disorders industry. We have planned various research events with universities, colleges, and private foundations to achieve these goals.
BONEFROG CHARITY FOUNDATION
The Bonefrog Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, shares our dedication to advancing medical treatments for TBI. Together, we are committed to exploring, evaluating, and developing breakthrough treatments for veterans, service members, and first responders. Our focus extends to preventative care, pain relief, addressing substance abuse, and improving mental well-being. We are currently fundraising for this non-profit with a target amount of $2,500,000 to support our clinical research with universities, colleges and private foundations.

Throughout his career, he has consistently led companies to profitability, achieving lucrative exits and generating high returns for investors.
Dr. Kenneth Hughes - Chief Science Officer
Dr. Kenneth Hughes, the Chief Science Officer, is a distinguished expert in Chemistry and Biochemistry. With a background as a professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology, he possesses a deep understanding of complex chemical and biological technologies. Dr. Hughes applies his expertise to develop and expand businesses based on these cutting-edge technologies and products.
Joshua Wall - Director of Operations
Joshua Wall, the Director of Operations, is a resolute leader with a distinguished military background. Having served as a Recon Section Leader in both Iraq and Afghanistan, he brings invaluable experience in leadership and strategic planning. After his military service, Joshua continued to make significant contributions as an overseas contractor, enhancing force protection measures for numerous U.S. installations. As the founder of a private security company, he effectively manages all aspects of operations, ensuring top-notch physical and technological security.
Daniel Smith - Director of Production
Daniel Smith served 11 years in the Marine corps. as a Scout Sniper. He led teams on four deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan and instructed over 3000 Marines in combat operations to ensure the future success of the Marine Corps. Since leaving the military., Daniel co-founded a veterans and first responder foundation focused on curing Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and has been instrumental in the growth of Harvest Connect. His experience in leadership and deceive decision capabilities served him well as a Project Manager in the real estate industry.
Scott Martin - VP/Co-founder
As the Vice President of Harvest Connect LLC, Scott Martin brings a wealth of corporate finance and capital deployment experience, gained through his work with Fortune 500 companies on Wall Street. His role encompasses the development of a comprehensive corporate sales and marketing strategy for managing multiple CBD stores and low-THC dispensaries in Georgia. Leveraging his expertise in corporate finance and management, Scott ensures that each retail location provides a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
